Terms of use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

By using Run&Win you agree to these terms. The app is offered by Vancho Gjorgjiev, North Macedonia (info@runandwin.online).

1. Who can play

People aged 16 and over. Registration and runs work only from North Macedonia. One account per person.

2. Fair play

• Capture land only by your own walking, running or cycling.
• Not allowed: fake GPS (mock location), a car, motorbike or other vehicle, someone else's account, automated tools.
• Runs that look impossible (e.g. far too fast) are held for review or rejected.

3. Respect

No offensive names, photos or reports; no harassing other players. Photos you show must be yours and decent. False reports can lead to a ban.

4. Safety

Watch the traffic and your surroundings, follow the rules of the road, don't enter private or dangerous places and don't look at your phone while moving. You play at your own risk; ask a doctor if you have health problems. Calories are only an estimate.

5. Measures

If the terms are broken we may warn you, suspend or ban the account, or remove photos and territory.

6. The service

Run&Win is a free game, with no ads and no payments. We try to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it is always available or free of errors. We may change the game (rules, points) or end it.

7. Deletion

You can delete your account at any time (how). How data is handled is in the privacy policy.

8. Law

The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies. If we change the terms, we will tell you in the app.
