Delete your account

You can delete your Run&Win account and all data about it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Run&Win and log in.
2. Go to Profile and at the bottom tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Send an email to info@runandwin.online from the email you registered with, with the subject "Delete account". We reply to that address so you can confirm it is you (an email sender is easy to fake), and after you confirm we delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything: the account (email, first and last name, birth year), the PIN and logins, your runs and their numbers, territory, achievements, home zone, weight and photos on the server, and reports against you. Reports you sent stay, without your name. Only these stay: a record of admin actions with a random number (no name or email), that random number in other players' notifications, and for banned accounts a coded fingerprint of the email so it can't register again. Backups and server snapshots keep the data for at most 30 days; then it is deleted.
